As Senior Vice President, Business Development, Keith Anderson is responsible for generating revenues for
Capital Growth Madison Marquette through acquisitions, developments and third party contracts.
With more than 25 years in the retail real estate industry, Anderson began his career at Dayton Hudson
Properties which was spun off into The Center Companies in 1980 and later acquired by General Growth Properties.
Anderson held various positions during his tenure, most recently as Senior Vice President of Management for
General Growth Properties, nationally. Anderson was also with Federal Building Services where he served as
Chief Executive Officer of the multi-million dollar enterprise, managing over 70 million square feet
providing facility services to the regional mall industry.
Anderson is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM). He held real estate licenses in California and Minnesota and holds the Certified
Shopping Center Manager and Certified Property Manager designations through ICSC and IREM, respectively.
He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Lake Superior College in Minnesota.
