As Senior Vice President, Construction Services, Dale Everson manages the planning and construction of
Capital Growth Madison Marquette (CGMM) projects. With more than 30 years of experience in construction
and development, he works on projects from their inception to completion. With years of experience as
a consulting architect and in owner development, he has broad expertise in program development, project
management and supervision, budget and schedule control.
His long list of accomplishments includes ground up development and renovation projects. He is equally
adept at urban revitalization, lifestyle centers, mixed-use projects and regional enclosed malls.
Recent projects by Everson include Bay Street, a mixed-use development in Emeryville, California, Bell
Tower Mall renovation in Fort Myers, Florida, University Park Village in Fort Worth, Texas and
The Gardens at El Paseo in Palm Desert, California.
Prior to joining CGMM, Everson was with Architectural Alliance responsible for renovation and expansion
at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. Everson also developed retail projects for The Center
Companies and General Growth Properties throughout the United States. He is a member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
