Paul Guidera Paul Guidera comes to Capital Growth Madison Marquette (CGMM) with more than 20 years of experience in the retail real estate industry. As Senior Vice President, Leasing he is responsible for all leasing functions at CGMM. He specializes in creating strategies that not only maximize revenue and increase a property's performance, but also meet the expectations of the individual communities and investors served by CGMM.

Guidera's career has included experience from both the retailer and the management company perspective. He led real estate efforts for a variety of retailers including Archiver's, Payless ShoeSource and Pet Food Warehouse. As Vice President of Real Estate for Regis Corporation he approved and opened 1300 new hair salons across the United States.

His management company experience includes General Manager and Financial Analyst positions with General Growth Properties and Northco Corporation.

Guidera earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
