Bill Horvath Bill Horvath has more than 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience in all asset classes - retail, hotel, office, industrial and mixed use properties. He is highly regarded for his ability to acquire underperforming properties and significantly increase their market value, as well as process complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures.

Horvath has more than 19 years of property and asset management experience, the majority of it dedicated to regional shopping center management. Most recently, Horvath was Senior Vice President and Midwest Regional Manager for VEF Advisors in Chicago, where he managed a portfolio of $500 million in assets. Prior to that, he managed investments for Lend Lease Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. in Atlanta and Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. in Chicago.

A Chicago native, Horvath attended Northwestern University where he studied Finance.
