A 20-year veteran of Wall Street prior to founding and developing Capital Growth Properties, Inc., William Buchalter served Prudential Securities, Inc. most recently as the Senior Vice President and Division Field Officer in New York in charge of implementation of firm strategy and objectives west of the Mississippi River. His department was responsible for the management of client assets totaling more than $120 billion.
While at Prudential, Buchalter created the firm's Private Wealth Management Division - an achievement which profoundly impacted the firm's philosophical approach to client service and client relationships.
In an earlier role at Prudential, Buchalter served as Regional Officer for Southern California - with more than $20 billion in client assets, and 450 Financial Advisors in 23 branch offices, under his command. He was widely regarded as a top Regional Officer at Prudential - and among the most creative minds on Wall Street.
Prior to joining Prudential Securities, Inc, Buchalter was a Senior Executive at PaineWebber - where he was successively promoted through the following positions: Branch Manager, Senior Marketing Director, Division Sales Manager and Associate Division Manager.
Buchalter's began his real estate securities career with E.F. Hutton in Boca Raton, Florida. He is the author of two novels.
