Kevin Soule comes to Capital Growth Madison Marquette (CGMM) with nearly 20 years of experience in administration,
operations and legal affairs in the real estate and shopping center industries. As Chief Administration Officer/General Counsel,
Soule provides counsel to CGMM and is responsible for the oversight of the human resource functions.
Soule is a results-focused real estate professional with an extensive track record of translating goals into business results.
He has significant expertise in mergers/acquisitions, joint venture and strategic partnership arrangements, corporate
compliance/governance, contract and lease drafting/negotiation, litigation/intellectual property management, bankruptcy,
and international business counseling.
Soule was previously Senior Vice President of Administration for Viad Corp (DBA Exhibitgroup / Giltspur and T.L. Horton Design)
an international manufacturer and service provider in the shopping center and tradeshow exposition industry. He also serviced
in a variety of human resource, litigation and administration positions for General Growth Properties.
Soule earned a B.A. with Highest Distinction and a J.D. with High Distinction, both from the University of Iowa.
He is licensed to practice law in multiple jurisdictions, including Minnesota. He is a member of the Society for
Human Resource Professionals, the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
